The role is available for a duration of 3+ months, with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related customer inquiries. Demonstrate empathy and a customer-centric approach to resolve customer issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism, using proper grammar, language, and tone in all interactions. Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to retrieve and update customer information. Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, as required by the role. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess: Call center customer service experience, handling inbound calls. Excellent customer-focused competencies, with strong problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex messages. Empathy and a customer-centric approach to resolving customer issues. The ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously. A score of 80% or above on the eSkills test.
