Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Categorization: Accurately tag each interaction (e.g., spam, harassment, hate speech, off‑topic) in the moderation dashboard to enable robust analytics and trend reporting.
Feedback Provision: When applicable, communicate constructive feedback to users, explaining why certain content was removed and guiding them toward compliant behavior.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with fellow moderators, policy writers, and product teams to refine guidelines, share emerging threat patterns, and suggest tool enhancements.
