[Remote] Communications Center Operator - Mobile Sensors Vessel-Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V2X Inc is seeking a Communications Center Operator for their Mobile Sensors program, which operates complex radar and communication systems on a ship. The role involves ensuring these systems are fully operational to support mission activities, requiring personnel to work extended shifts onboard a vessel. Responsibilities • Perform the duties associated with standard Navy message systems and additional duties as required/assigned • Operate ship-associated communications-electronic equipment to include: embedded communications systems, data communications, data processors, desktop computers and ancillary equipment, COMSEC equipment to include data and voice encryption devices, multiplexers and modems • Meet maritime medical physical and appropriate CENTCOM AOR medical requirements Skills • Ability to operate ship-associated communications-electronic equipment to include: embedded communications systems, data communications, data processors, desktop computers and ancillary equipment, COMSEC equipment to include data and voice encryption devices, multiplexers and modems • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility • Current U.S. Passport with 3 x blank pages • Candidates must not be hindered by motion sickness and must pass/maintain Maritime Medical Exam IAW CENTCOM Mod 15 requirements • US Navy's A-Schools for Operations Specialists or the equivalent civilian training • Defense Security CompTIA CertMaster CE Security+ Certification Requirement • High School Degree • Knowledge working with US Air Force COMSEC accounts Company Overview • V2X is a leading provider of critical mission solutions and support to defense clients globally, formed by the 2022 Merger of Vectrus and Vertex to build on more than 120 combined years of successful mission support.
