Job Overview As a Remote Preschool or Elementary Educator, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with our strategic partners in Miami-Dade County. You'll guide them throughout their onboarding journey and beyond, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed. This position is ideally suited for individuals with a profound commitment to education, eager to positively impact the lives of children and educators alike. Although this role is primarily remote, it will require regular visits to local partners and may involve occasional evening or weekend engagements to provide exceptional support to our clientele. Key Responsibilities Foster and uphold strong, trust-based partnerships to promote mutual success, driving growth and collaboration. Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries , needs, and challenges, providing timely and effective support. Conduct regular onsite visits to evaluate partner satisfaction and collect critical feedback, informing strategies for improvement. Design and execute an effective onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless experience and setting them up for success. Develop and implement a partner success strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and partner needs, driving mutual growth. Identify and leverage opportunities for growth , collaboration, and continuous improvement with partners, fostering a culture of innovation. Provide extensive training and resources to partners, empowering them to achieve success with our offerings and enhancing their overall experience. Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams , ensuring swift resolution of any issues that may arise and promoting a cohesive approach. Analyze partner data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement, informing data-driven decision-making. Prepare comprehensive reports on partner success metrics and growth trajectories, providing insights that drive strategic planning. Collaborate with internal teams , including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure cohesive partner strategies and maximize impact. Support the broader customer base by assisting with customer support inquiries as necessary, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service. Required Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, including: Strong communication, networking, and presentation abilities , with the capacity to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish , both written and spoken, to effectively engage with our partners in Miami-Dade County. Excellent analytical skills for interpreting partner data effectively, identifying trends, and informing strategic decision-making. Highly organized , with a keen interest in exploring new project management tools and methodologies to optimize processes. Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and self-motivation , with an aptitude for working independently and devising innovative solutions. Comfort with outreach calls to engage providers and educators, building relationships and driving growth. Willingness to travel as needed , including weekends and evenings, for partner meetings and events, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. Qualifications We're seeking candidates with a strong educational background and relevant experience, including: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field , providing a solid foundation in educational principles and practices. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of educational needs and challenges.
