The role involves contacting consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and respect. Responsibilities Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements Follow a set schedule, typically Monday through Friday during business hours Listen empathetically and communicate professionally to resolve conflicts Maintain reliability and attendance, especially during training Transition from training to performance-based roles as proficiency increases Skills Experience resolving challenging customer situationsProfessional communication skills suitable for conflict resolution Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment with a private workspace Reliable high-speed internet meeting organizational standards Residency in Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Utah, or Idaho Experience in medical or bill collection Benefits Paid medical insurance with personalized plan selection assistance.Optional dental/vision, short-term disability, and life insurance.
