The Role: You will drive the top of the pipeline: cold calling targeted lists and quickly following up with ad leads to book qualified appointments for our closers. You live on the phone, handle objections calmly, and keep the CRM spotless.The Company: We help local service businesses grow by building marketing systems that consistently generate qualified leads and turn them into paying customers. Our work combines SEO, web design, and paid advertising (Google, Facebook, and other channels) to drive traffic. From there, we optimize websites to convert more visitors, use retargeting and follow-up systems to capture missed opportunities, and create strategies to increase customer lifetime value. Our process is data-driven, results-focused, and built to give clients measurable growth each month.What You’ll Do• Make 100–150 outbound dials/day to targeted prospects.• Speed‑to‑lead on new inbound/ad leads (<5 minutes).• Qualify using a clear script; set meetings directly on the calendar.• Re‑engage no‑shows and stalled leads with tight follow‑up.• Log every touchpoint in Go High Level with accurate notes and next steps.• Hit weekly KPIs (dials, talk time, sets, show rate).What You’ve Done• 1–2+ years of successful cold calling or appointment setting (agency, local services, or B2B preferred).• Comfortable with scripts, rebuttals, and fast typing while talking.• Clear spoken English and professional phone presence.• CRM discipline (GHL, HubSpot, etc.).• Stable internet and a quiet workspace.Success Looks Like• Consistent 2–3 qualified sets/day that meet criteria.• Same‑day follow‑up on all warm leads and missed calls.• EOD updates and 90%+ CRM hygiene.Tools & Training• We provide scripts, objection handling, CRM access, and daily accountability. You bring the reps.Compensation & Hours• Compensation: $2,500/month base + For all leads that have been company generated 3% commission will be paid on the initial sale. For all leads that have been self-generated 10% commission will be paid on the initial sale.
