Remote Closing Dispatcher - HVAC Install

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is a remote position, with required evening ability. Must reside within the state of Georgia. Responsibilities • Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services (main focus in HVAC Installations) • Schedule and dispatch qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates • Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions • Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management • Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts • Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment • Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction • Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approach • Must have your own computer with 2 monitors and a hard-wired internet connection • Schedule will be Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays • Schedule will be 12:00PM - 9:00PM Benefits & Perks • Company sponsored health insurance • Discounts on life, dental, and vision insurance • 401k with up to 4% match • Health Savings Account • Gym reimbursement up to $36/month • Employee discounts • Vacation and Holiday pay • Monthly Bonus Potential • Employee Referral Program • Company parties and outings Requirements: • Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment • Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals • Must reside within the state of Georgia Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in an HVAC Admin Dept • 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience! • Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations A Little About Us TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, award-winning residential service provider.
