About AUGR AUGR is acquiring a fast growing company in the sports cards, sports collectibles, and trading card game (TCG) sector. The business operates across e-commerce, content, live breaks, marketplace sales, and retail channels. As we scale the company post acquisition, we are forming an advisory board composed of seasoned operator experts who can help guide strategic decisions, industry positioning, and long term growth. We are seeking an experienced industry leader to serve as an Advisory Board Member for an emerging brand in sports cards and collectibles.The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise, understands market cycles, knows distributor and vendor ecosystems, and has firsthand experience with high volume card operations, trading, grading pipelines, authentication partnerships, or online breaking and content growth. This is a remote advisory role designed for a high level industry operator, entrepreneur, or executive who can help shape strategy and mentor leadership while maintaining flexibility. Responsibilities • Provide strategic guidance to the company on growth, operations, and market positioning • Offer insights on sourcing, distribution, grading partners, and inventory strategy • Advise on pricing trends, product cycles, and risk management in the collectibles market • Support development of e-commerce, marketplace, and community engagement initiatives • Review operational plans, purchasing strategies, and scaling roadmaps • Participate in scheduled advisory calls, quarterly reviews, and special sessions as needed • Open doors to potential partnerships, distributors, strategic vendors, and talent • Serve as a high level sounding board for key decisions involving expansion, capital allocation, and long term strategy Qualifications • Deep expertise in the sports cards, TCG, memorabilia, or related collectibles industry • Strong track record in operating or advising fast moving, inventory heavy businesses • Experience with live breaks, high volume e-commerce, grading workflows, or retail store operations is highly preferred • Deep understanding of market trends, price movements, product releases, and collector behavior • Existing industry network, including distributors, authentication partners, marketplaces, influencers, or major sellers • Strategic mindset with the ability to give actionable, high leverage advice • Ability to commit to regular advisory calls and occasional deep dive sessions Job Type: Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • How many years of experience do you have in the Sports Cards / TCG space?Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
