Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews of treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.
Verify that all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in the healthcare industry.
Collaborate with associate therapists and the leadership team to address any issues related to documentation quality and compliance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance the quality of documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation reviews, feedback provided, and corrective actions taken, generating reports on the overall quality of documentation and compliance levels.
Stay up-to-date with industry changes and inform the team about any updates affecting documentation requirements, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements:

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and previous experience in behavioral health or therapy documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to associate therapists
