As a Clinical Activation Associate, you will support clinical facility partners by educating them on the platform, conducting training, and enhancing operational processes to improve patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPlace outbound phone calls to new clinical facility partners to educate them on the Parachute Platform and help them with platform adoption/usageConduct end-user training - roll up your sleeves to lead demos & trainings tailored for each facility partner to ensure end users have appropriate supportContinuously support our clinical partners as neededParticipate in digital transformations as you onboard facilities, partnering with their leaders to drive rapid growth of digital ordering across the organizationSuggest process improvements to make our facility onboarding more effectiveListen to management/userโ€™s product feedback to highlight the pros/cons of the product and flag feedback internally for continual improvementWork to build & refine internal facility growth operational processes, including building processes by working in HubSpot and using data to make us more efficient and effective, and the process of working with Marketing to develop materials that effectively show our facility partners the value of the Parachute PlatformProvide excellent ongoing service through empathy, active listening skills, resourcefulness, and a desire to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clinical partnersSkills1-2 Years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar rolesBachelor's Degree or equivalentDesire to work in a startup environment with a proactive and hungry mindset and ability to pivot quickly based on company needsCritical thinking skills with attention to detailPassionate about improving patient outcomes in an inefficient industryProcess-oriented; develop roadmaps to operationalize account strategyCustomer-centric with expertise in account or client managementDemonstrated self-starter within a cross-functional teamProblem solver; adaptable with a relentless solutions mindsetStrong communicator with and extract and synthesize info from expertsAn intellectual curiosity to explore the various areas of a tech startup changing the healthcare landscapeEnthusiastic about using technology to better patient outcomesFast learner who can come up to speed on detailed topics quicklyGSuite experience preferredExperience using Excel, Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA, a strong plusExperienced with SaaS products (healthcare a plus!) and a fast learnerStrong business acumen with ability to translate strategy to prioritized tacticsExperienced in sales is a plus, but not requiredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Comprehensive plans with options for low-to-no-cost premiums.Employer HSA Contribution: Company-funded contributions to your Health Savings Account.401(k) Retirement PlanEquity Incentive PlanAnnual Company-Wide Bonus: Opportunity for up to 15% bonus based on company performance.Remote-First Culture: We are remote-first with a dedicated NYC office and reimbursement options for co-working spaces.Flexible Vacation PolicySummer Fridays: 5 additional Fridays off during the summer (separate from PTO).Home Office and Wellness StipendMonthly Internet StipendAnnual Learning and Development StipendCompany OverviewParachute Health is the 'industry-standard' DME ePrescribing platform with a network of 220k clinicians and 3k supplier locations It was founded in 2015, and is headquartered in Manhattan, New York, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
