Remote Client Support Partner - French & English

As a Remote Client Support Partner, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide assistance with a variety of topics, including orders, products, and account management.
Utilize various tools to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, tailoring your approach to their needs.
What we're looking for:
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in South Africa.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal).
Completed NQF Level 4 qualification, Grade 12 or equivalent.
Proficiency in using computers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (within a 24-hour timeframe).
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Reliable internet connection: Minimum 20Mbps download and 20Mbps upload speed.
