Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Questpro is a national insurance organization actively hiring multiple New York–licensed Workers’Compensation Claims Adjusters. The role involves managing NY Workers’Compensation Lost Time claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage NY Workers’Compensation Lost Time claims end-to-end • Determine compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments • Coordinate with medical providers, employers, attorneys, and case managers • Negotiate settlements and manage litigation as needed • Ensure compliance with NY WC regulations and client guidelines Skills • Active NY Adjuster license • Experience handling NY Workers'Compensation claims • Active NY Permanent Floater license • Active NYSenior Adjuster license • Must include General License or Casualty + No-Fault Licenses • 3+ years NY WC Lost Time experience • Strong jurisdictional knowledge and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration • Additional New England licenses or regional experience a plus Benefits • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefits Company Overview • Questpro is a financial & insurance & recruiting firm mainly dealing with insurance & staffing and recruiting services & risk management.It was founded in 1996, and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
