About the Position:
The Claims Customer Contact Representative is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls related to life and annuity claims, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries promptly while adhering to privacy regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handle incoming calls, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
Manage a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner, prioritizing quality service and customer satisfaction.
Efficiently research and document call reasons and resolutions, focusing on privacy regulations and maintaining accurate records.
Provide quality service and support to various stakeholders, including financial advisors, claimants, and exchange companies, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Follow documented procedures and guidelines when providing service to F&G customers, adhering to company policies and standards.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED.
1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Nice-to-Haves:

Basic understanding of F&G's structure and product/service offerings.
Ability to handle customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Awareness of workloads and willingness to assist team members, demonstrating a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
