Zeektek is seeking a data-driven Adobe Analytics professional specializing in Customer Journey Analytics to analyze, interpret, and optimize digital customer behavior data. The role focuses on integrating multiple data sources, building CJA workspaces, and delivering actionable insights to improve customer experiences and business performance. Responsibilities • Develop and manage CJA dashboards, reports, and data views to track end-to-end customer journeys. • Integrate and validate data from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), web, and offline sources. • Perform data analysis and segmentation to uncover behavioral trends and conversion drivers. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to translate insights into measurable business actions. • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment with Adobe Analytics best practices.
