The Role: Remote Child and Family Therapist As a Remote Child and Family Therapist at Antelope Recovery, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality telehealth services to our adolescent clients and their families. This is a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that's committed to enhancing its programming and providing the best possible care to its clients. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely and schedule sessions at times that work best for you, and you'll be supported by a team of experienced clinicians who prioritize exceptional therapist experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide IOP and OP telehealth services to adolescent clients and their families, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure comprehensive care and coordination Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and modalities Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Remote Child and Family Therapist at Antelope Recovery, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) State licensure as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices Passion for helping others heal, grow, and thrive Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adolescents and young adults Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI Certification in a specific modality (e.g., DBT, CBT) Experience working with families and parents Strong technical skills, including proficiency in video conferencing software What We Offer At Antelope Recovery, we're committed to providing an exceptional therapist experience.
