[Remote] Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Venture Studio Role

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sisu is a founder-friendly venture studio that partners with early-stage companies to help validate ideas and prepare for fundraising. They are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical vision and execution of a new venture, responsible for building and scaling the core technology platform.

Responsibilities
• Define and own the technical architecture, systems design, and engineering roadmap
• Lead development of the MVP and iterate toward product-market fit
• Make foundational decisions around infrastructure, tooling, and scalability
• Hire, mentor, and manage early engineering talent as the company grows
• Partner with the CEO on product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution
• Support investor readiness through technical diligence and roadmap planning
