[Remote] Charge Management Analyst PRN

They are seeking a Charge Management Analyst to collaborate with peers on revenue integrity compliance and charge issues, provide oversight and education to clinical leaders, and integrate new facilities into the charge description master (CDM). Responsibilities • Collaborates with peers to maintain the CDM. • Provides oversight guidance and expertise on revenue integrity compliance and charge issues. • Collaborates with PA to promote compliant billing clinical departments to develop charge processes and review denial trends. • Meets with clinical leaders to resolve charge issues and provide education. • Orients staff on CDM. • Works with CDM team to integrate new facilities and clinical departments. Skills • Collaborates with peers to maintain the CDM. • Provides oversight guidance and expertise on revenue integrity compliance and charge issues. • Collaborates with PA to promote compliant billing clinical departments to develop charge processes and review denial trends. • Meets with clinical leaders to resolve charge issues and provide education. • Orients staff on CDM. • Works with CDM team to integrate new facilities and clinical departments. • Five or more years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
