Our Values: Teamwork • Transparency • Proactive • Problem-Solving • Leadership Your Role: Experienced After-Hours Remote Rockstar What You’ll Do: • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy • Confidently use ServiceTitan to schedule appointments, manage calls, and document customer interactions • Apply your customer service expertise to resolve concerns quickly and effectively • Consistently secure booked appointments while maintaining a high-quality customer experience • Achieve a booking conversation rate of 90% or above • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, remote-first environment • Mentor newer team members by leading by example What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of CSR or call center experience (preferably in trades or service industries) • Direct ServiceTitan experience required (Jobber/HouseCall Pro a plus) • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to problem-solve and perform under pressure • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello, Dialpad, and email • Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently After-Hours Open Hours: M-F: 5 PM - 1 AM EST Weekends: 8 AM - 1 AM EST • Shifts are based on client demand, coverage, and employment laws & regulations.
