[Remote] CFO Advisory Business Transformation Partner

The firm is seeking a Partner for its CFO Advisory Finance Transformation Practice, responsible for building and growing advisory services focused on finance transformation and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities • Expand the CFO Finance Transformation Advisory capability, developing strategic direction and holistic end-to-end solutions and service offerings that align with market trends and client needs and consider People, Process, Technology and Data needs • Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs and other C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate complex financial, technology, and operational challenges and opportunities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks to grow the client base and drive revenue growth for the practice. Build relationships and referral networks internally and externally • Serve as a thought leader in finance and technology transformation, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and enhancing the firm’s market presence • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning • Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations, managing resources effectively and ensuring profitability Skills • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance and technology leadership roles, with significant experience in an accounting or management consulting firm • Proven track record of leading and building a consulting practice or capability, with demonstrated success in business development and client engagement • Deep expertise in financial strategy, technology strategy, risk management, performance improvement, forecasting, accounting and finance transformation • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team • CFO advisory experience at or with high growth firms in the $50m-$250m revenue range • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, technology, engineering or related field • MBA preferred Benefits • Annual bonus • Medical, dental, and vision care • Disability and life insurance • Generous Paid Time Off • Retirement plans • Paid Care Leave Company Overview • Cherry Bekaert is an accounting firm that offers tax, audit, and advisory solutions.
