What You’ll Do • Review finalized reports for rhythm accuracy, annotation consistency, and clinical clarity (e.g., P-wave visibility, event labeling, duration's, timestamps). Expected workflow is 5 minutes a report (12 and hour). • Confirm policy compliance (e.g., sinus-pause thresholds and escalation rules), and flag discrepancies for correction. • Verify patient identifiers, study dates, and summary metrics; ensure physician-friendly formatting and terminology. • Document issues succinctly; when required, escalate findings to the supervising clinician per protocol. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and meticulous audit trails in our secure portal. What You’ll Need • Active CRAT or CCT (or equivalent) certification required. • Strong eye for detail; comfort with standardized alerting/threshold policies. • U.S. work authorization; reliable internet and quiet workspace. • HIPAA training (we can refresh at onboarding); willingness to complete background check/BAA. Nice to Have • Evening/weekend availability for turnaround SLAs.
