[Remote] Capital Markets Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential Company is seeking a Capital Markets Data Analyst to support the Capital Markets and Secondary Marketing functions. This role focuses on advanced data analysis, reporting, and automation to enhance data visibility and support leadership with timely analytics. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive Excel-based reports supporting Capital Markets and Secondary Marketing operations Build complex reporting models utilizing pivot tables, advanced calculations, nested IF statements, and custom data categorizations Analyze large data sets related to pricing, locks, fallout, delivery, and investor execution to support decision-making Design and implement Excel VBA macros to automate recurring processes and improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Partner with Capital Markets, Pricing, and Lock Desk stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical outputs Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support market volatility, pipeline monitoring, and management requests Assist in validating data accuracy and ensuring reporting consistency across systems and sources Support ongoing efforts to modernize and migrate reporting to scalable data and BI platforms as applicable Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: comprehensive report building, Pivot tables and complex calculations, Nested IF statements and logical functions, Custom data categorizations and structured datasets Data analytics experience, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and present actionable insights Basic experience in Mortgage Capital Markets, including familiarity with secondary marketing concepts, pricing, or pipeline data Working knowledge of VBA, including Excel macros and process automation Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S SQL experience for querying and analyzing structured datasets Experience working with Snowflake or cloud-based data warehouses Familiarity with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization Company Overview A dynamic logistics and service company based in Indonesia.
