Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales calls with professionalism and empathy, guiding customers and scheduling appointments
Communicate effectively in both scripted and non-scripted environments, building rapport with customers and addressing their unique needs
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing persuasion techniques to influence positive outcomes
Maintain accurate records and data entry in real-time, ensuring seamless customer interactions
Respond to email correspondence in a clear and concise manner, enhancing the overall customer experience
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a call center environment (sales, customer service, collections, or telemarketing)
An upbeat and results-driven personality with a strong work ethic
High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing every time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers
Proficiency in computer and telephone systems, including Microsoft and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant coaching and feedback
Compensation and Hours:
Hourly wage: $15/hour, plus commission and bonuses
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm CST
Technical Requirements:
High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download)
Windows operating system
i5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of RAM (12GB preferred)
Printer/scanner
Computer or laptop with camera and speakers
USB headset
2nd monitor
