Responsibilities:
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships with customers by taking the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database
Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
High school degree required
