Document customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, in our CRM system
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on service offerings to provide excellent customer support
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and actively listen to customers
Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
