Responsibilities Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices Inbound and outbound phone calls Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations Verify insurance eligibility Register new patients Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment Skills Candidates must be based in or around El Paso, Texas Candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish) 1+ years in customer service Benefits Health Coverage - Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
