About the Role: Patient Care Advocate (Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative) As a Patient Care Advocate at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to pharmacy benefits. Your expertise and dedication will enable us to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing our advanced computerized systems to gather information, respond to questions, and document issues and resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, and physicians, providing timely and effective solutions to their pharmacy benefits-related queries. Respond to customer inquiries with a deep understanding of our pharmacy distribution program, ensuring that they can maximize its benefits. Collaborate with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, adhering to performance agreement guidelines. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions, driving continuous improvement in our customer service processes and minimizing potential legal concerns. Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, facilitating corrective action and expediting solutions to meet their needs. Uphold good housekeeping techniques, adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations. Perform other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: To excel as a Patient Care Advocate at blithequark, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment (preferred). A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to research and resolve complex issues. Proficiency in using computerized systems to gather information and respond to customer inquiries. A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
