Our clients are primarily dentists and our service packages include website design, paid ad management, SEO, analytics, copywriting, and more. A successful Meta Ads Specialist is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This full-time, entry-level position on Firegang’s Performance Team focuses on optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads for our clients. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm for research, and strong communication skills — along with the drive to grow into an in-house paid media expert and thought leader. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities of a Meta Ads Specialist: • Execute optimizations across client Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts following industry and Firegang best practices. • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and ROI. • Support the SEM Manager by managing day-to-day ad account maintenance and reporting. • Conduct research, compile findings, and share insights to support strategic campaign planning. • Communicate with Performance Team members and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on client goals. • Document updates and maintain accurate data within project management tools. • Learn and implement emerging strategies in paid media to support Firegang’s overall Performance program. Outcomes: • Client Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts are managed for maximum efficiency to drive qualified leads. • Campaign performance aligns with Firegang best practices and consistently improves over time. • SEM Manager oversight is minimized through reliable, accurate, and proactive account management. Requirements • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning digital marketing principles. • Ability to stay productive and focused in a remote environment. • Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Facebook (Meta) Ads is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Bonus Points For: • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, or HTML. • Familiarity with project management tools (Teamwork or similar) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Chat). • Basic graphic design knowledge.
