Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Call Center & Customer Service Representative to work remotely from anywhere in CA, TX, or AZ. This is a temporary-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months or more, offering a competitive pay rate of $16/hr on W2. As a remote team member, you will be required to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday, and have a reliable laptop/computer, wired internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal, providing information on programs and services
Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
Address customer inquiries and resolve problems, ensuring that appropriate changes are made
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
Perform data entry accurately and perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period
1 year of experience in call center and customer service required
