Job Title: Call Center Agent...
Shift: Open (hours vary, must have open availability on nights and weekends)
Salary: $12.00/hour
Location: Work from Home if you reside in Michigan
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā To conduct political surveys over the phone using a given script to prospective voters.
Ā To handle all callers with professionalism and courtesy in accordance with company guidelines.
Ā To meet or exceed performance goals set forth by management.
Ā To follow the rules, regulations, and policies in the Employee training, Employee Handbook, and any supplemental documents issued by management.
Ā To complete, at the request of management, any task or temporary assignment related to services
Requirements
Experience: 0-3 Years of customer service experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Ā Attendance and a positive attitude are the main keys to being successful at this position.
Ā Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ā Strong basic computer skills
Ā Ability to multi-task
Ā Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Ā Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
Ā A strong attention to detail
