About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: * Developing and implementing strategic talent management and development plans to drive business outcomes * Partnering with senior leaders to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities * Providing expert guidance on HR strategies, processes, and systems to drive business results * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives * Analyzing HR data and trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives * Developing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities * Building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and employees to drive engagement and retention * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management About the Ideal Candidate We're looking for a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record of driving business results through strategic talent management and development. The ideal candidate will have: * At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a tech organization working with programming or product groups * Experience working with senior leaders in an "influence without authority" role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees * Proven ability to drive business results through HR initiatives and programs * Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and systems, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field About the Company Disney Diversion and ESPN Innovation is a global tech leader in innovative spine and item development for Disney's top-notch real-time features.
