About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: * Developing and implementing strategic talent management and development plans to drive business outcomes * Partnering with senior leaders to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities * Providing expert guidance on HR strategies, processes, and systems to drive business results * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives * Analyzing HR data and trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives * Developing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities * Building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and employees to drive engagement and retention * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management About the Ideal Candidate We're looking for a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record of driving business results through strategic talent management and development.
