Hi, Hope all is well, Please respond me with Updated resume if you would like to apply for this contract Position, Remote: Business Process Analyst (Workday & HR) || Local to MI || W2 Contract Type: Contract 3+ months Location: Detroit, MI (Remote) Interview Mode: MS Teams Video Interview Need Local to MI Duties: Identifying and describing business outcomes and associated processes Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for each capability Validating alignment with overall HR strategy and operations Conduct working sessions with process owners and subject matter experts, in-person and via MS Teams Document detailed Level 3 capabilities, processes, and outcomes Capture key KPIs relevant to performance measurement Provide inputs to the consolidated HR Capability Map deliverable Completed Level 3 Capability Maps for assigned domains Documentation of associated business processes and KPIs Summary presentation of findings and recommendations Participation in review and validation sessions with HR leadership Skills Required: HR Background is mandatory Workday experience is mandatory Experience in documenting and formalizing benefits, compensation, and development processes.
