[Remote] Business Operations Representative I (West Coast)

The Business Operations Representative I plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions between Sales and Onboarding teams by verifying data and managing contracts. Responsibilities Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy Contract Integrity: Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance Cross-Functional Handoff: Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey Month-End Execution: Own the high-volume "sprint" at the end of each sales cycle.
