Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data to surface themes, drivers, and implications for client priorities
ā¢ Shape the story by building outlines and narratives that connect findings to clear recommendations
ā¢ Create executive-ready slides that communicate the story simply and persuasively
ā¢ Conduct targeted research to add market context, benchmarks, and examples that strengthen recommendations
ā¢ Partner with the consultant to translate insights into plans and support change management steps
ā¢ Integrate AI into your own workflows to improve efficiency and quality
Skills
ā¢ 2-4 years in consulting or internal strategy with exposure to enterprise clients
ā¢ Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize into themes, insights, and implications
ā¢ Conduct research using AI tools (e.g., Deep Research, Perplexity) to expedite findings
ā¢ Crisp, professional writing and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating with clients and partnering closely with the lead consultant
ā¢ Translate data and insights into persuasive recommendations delivered via executive-level decks
ā¢ Effective time and task management; able to deliver on time-sensitive deadlines
ā¢ Energized by a fast-paced work environment
ā¢ AI power user with proven experience incorporating AI into your workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
ā¢ Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation, digital transformation, or change management initiatives
