Key Responsibilities
• Manage financial documentation using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports, ensuring efficient extraction of relevant data.
• Detect and rectify discrepancies in income and expense accounts.
• Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
• Oversee payroll processing, guaranteeing timely tax remittances.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain organized workflows.
• Exhibit excellent time management abilities to consistently meet deadlines.

Required Skills
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements.
• Experience in tax filing and payroll management.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated bookkeeping experience, particularly with small businesses.
• Familiarity with tax filing and payroll management practices.
