We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the financial operations for a diverse portfolio of optometry practices, thereby playing a significant part in our commitment to facilitate simplified financial management for our members.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the bookkeeping and financial reporting for independent optometry practices.
Assist with transaction coding while collaborating with practice owners on pivotal decisions regarding equipment purchases.
Conduct account reconciliations and finalize monthly financial records.
Manage payroll processes, including payroll processing and tax obligations.
Provide comprehensive financial services for up to 60 client practices monthly.
Offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing our service offerings.
Required Skills
Proficient in QuickBooks Online is essential.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto Payroll, ADP, or Paychex is advantageous.
Strong capabilities in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and vLookup, alongside proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and decision-making abilities, paired with a keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications
