Key Responsibilities
Partner with business administrators and accountants to ensure precise financial transaction documentation.
Oversee the workflow of accounts payable and receivable across diverse business lines.
Provide analytical insights regarding collections and expenditures to the leadership team.
Collaborate with operations leadership to create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our business processes.
Required Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CPA capacity is required.
A mature and responsible demeanor, capable of managing tasks with high precision across multiple business lines.
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
