Director, Financial Risk Management
Job Description: • Owning, developing, and maintaining financial risk analytics capabilities • Leading the development and adoption of advanced AI and machine learning capabilities • Maintaining and enforcing risk appetite, limits, and controls • Overseeing Circle’s Financial Model Risk Management program • Providing independent oversight and challenge to the first line of defense • Collaborating with Business, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant teams Requirements: • 12+ years in financial risk management within management consulting and/or banking • 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams • Extensive experience in leading analytical initiatives, developing tools for risk identification, measurement, and monitoring • Experience in credit risk model development • Proven success moving GenAI solution from proof of concept to production • Familiar with 'Three Lines of Defense' governance framework • Strong program management discipline in developing risk roadmap, OKR and KPIs • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with generative AI models Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities • Day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates Apply tot his job
