An ideal candidate: Excellent customer service skills, who can remain calm under pressure and quickly resolve any problems that arise. An eye for detail is a must, as is the ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions. You’ll be helping customers with their booking needs, whether they're looking for the most cost-effective flights or the best luxury accommodations.
This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided, keeping you well-versed in the latest travel trends, with the ability to stay up to date on any restrictions that may affect customers.
