Job description: Remote Spanish Bilingual Telephone InterviewerOn behalf of our client, Noor Staffing Group is currently seeking Remote Spanish Bilingual Telephone Interviewers to support a research study for the state of Indiana. As a Remote Bilingual Spanish Telephone Interviewer, you will collect feedback regarding various health and community services that state agencies provide. This opportunity is a part-time position starting at $16/hour and continues quarterly in 2025.This study, on behalf of Indiana Medicaid, conducts telephone interviews with recipients (beneficiaries) of long-term care and home-based services through Indiana’s PathWays for Aging program. The interview asks about beneficiaries’ experiences regarding various aspects of their services in order to ensure quality of care, as well as improve services.Responsibilities of Remote Spanish Bilingual Telephone Interviewers:Call Indiana residents who receive services from the state to conduct research telephone surveys, using a phone and internet connection from your homeFollow strict rules regarding interviewing protocols and participant confidentialityBe monitored for interviewing performance and improvementWork alongside with other research team membersParticipate in regular meetings with supervisors by video conference, instant messaging, email, and phoneAll other duties as assignedQualifications & Requirements:Prior experience working with the public or interviewing preferredMust be fully Spanish Bilingual (speak, read, and write)Must be at least 18 years or olderConsent to a pre-employment background checkResponsible and accountableExcellent communication skills and attention to detailStrong computer skillsEquipment RequirementsA computer with at least 4GB RAM – a reliable computer is essential to this jobStrong, reliable internet connection at a minimum of 1mbpsQuiet, private room or closed-door space in your home for a confidential environmentHours & Training:Flexible schedule (evening and weekend shifts Eastern Time Zone)Minimum 10 hours per week; up to 25 hours per week if work availablePhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
