We’re the fastest-growing land investment company in Texas, with $7.5M in inventory and $10M launching in 2026. You’ll be responsible for: • Prospecting on social media, Facebook Marketplace, and other sources • Converting 25+ warm CRM leads weekly • Running phone and video sales presentations • Drafting contracts and managing deals through closing Pay & Commission • Months 1–3: $5,000/month guaranteed ($2K base + $3K draw) • Month 4 and beyond: • 3% commission on cash sales • 2% commission on owner-financed sales • 25% referral bonus • Top performers average $17K/month What You Need • Fluent Spanish and English (required) • Strong social media presence • Outbound prospecting and lead generation skills - must be hungry! • Real estate experience required (and we provide training) • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently • Familiarity with CRM tools, AI tools/software, and video sales • If you live in Texas that is a bonus!
