This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $28,000 to $50,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
Assist with onboarding clients to have good expectations and know how to use our services.
Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Requirements
Licensing Requirements:
Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License
Must be fluent in Spanish, along with proficiency in English to be considered.
Allstate experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel.
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
The candidate must be available via Zoom throughout the standard workday. This requirement ensures seamless communication and collaboration with team members and managers.
