Job Summary We are looking for full-time and part-time Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representatives to support our Prayer Center, which is the heart of The 700 Club. As a Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for communicating and connecting with callers, providing ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, and sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries. Key Responsibilities: Communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine Share information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, and encourage financial support Provide exceptional customer service and support to callers Work in a structured, fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to change Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols Establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public Work independently as well as be an effective member of a team Meet performance metrics and maintain consistent punctuality and attendance Requirements: Essential Qualifications: 1+ year of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-related work Excellent ability to effectively interact with callers and consistently perform contact center processes Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize with others Fluent bilingual English/Spanish language skills with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing Strong reading comprehension skills with excellent ability to sound genuine and authentic while reading from a script Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment Ability to maintain consistent access to a high-speed cable or fiber internet router Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a ministry or faith-based organization Strong computer skills, including use of Windows-based operating system, web browser, meeting tools, and email programs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change Coachable with ability to accept feedback, apply guidance, and improve performance Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong listening and empathy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary Full-time positions: 40 hours per week with full benefits, including healthcare and 75% tuition discount from Regent University Part-time positions: 20-25 hours per week with benefits for vacation leave, sick leave, and 401(k) participation Bilingual language Representatives: $15.25 per hour Work Environment and Culture: Remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling Professional and rewarding work environment Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others Collaborative and supportive team culture Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Access to resources and tools to support success in the role How to Apply: If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
