About the Role:
We're hiring a Mandarin-English bilingual Call Center Agent to support full-time remote insurance projects. You’ll help Mandarin-speaking customers by answering questions, verifying information, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries in Mandarin and English
• Manage inbound and outbound call volumes professionally
• Adhere to call scripts, project protocols, and data accuracy standards
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Achieve quality and performance goals
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, especially in insurance
• You must provide your own:
• Computer (desktop or laptop)
• USB headset
• Wired high-speed internet
• Quiet and professional remote workspace
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Committed to a full-time work schedule during the project duration
