As a Benefit Advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, answering inbound calls, and resolving benefits-related inquiries in a professional, energetic, and positive manner.
About the Role:
Work from the comfort of your own home with our 100% remote opportunity
Competitive salary: $18.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits package
Flexible scheduling: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with varying start times until 7:00 PM CST
Comprehensive training program to ensure your success, completed from your home office
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to a broad range of inbound calls, providing accurate and thorough support to clients and their employees
Document call details and ensure compliance in all areas of processing
Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to complex problems
Take ownership of the entire process, from receipt of work to resolution
Requirements:
Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider (preferred)
Strong customer-centric mindset and exceptional phone etiquette
Comfortable with technology and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Competitive, team player with a strong desire to excel
Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload), with Ethernet cable connection highly recommended
