Remote BCBA position- Full Time (Must be Medicaid credentialed)
Ayuda Autism Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in the Metroplex area. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing 1:1 services in English and Spanish to families affected by autism. You will utilize your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. What we need from candidates: - Must be credentialed by Medicaid in Texas. - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs . The position is almost fully remote except for when assessments and reassessment are needed. - Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. - Implement behavior modification techniques to support individuals with autism. - Provide training to parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. - Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder. - Proficiency in medical records management and documentation. - Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles. - Excellent interpersonal skills for working with individuals with autism and their families. - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines. - Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
