Vocovision is seeking a talented and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and work remotely with clients across Washington State. As a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide behavior analysis services remotely to individuals in Washington State.
Conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies.
Collaborate with families, schools, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other support staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification and licensed in the state of Washington.
At least 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
