Remote BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Spanish Speaking)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee in-home programs for children, ensuring quality care.
• Conduct occasional in-person training sessions for technicians.
• Manage a caseload of clients aged 12 months to 12 years.
• Collaborate with a dedicated scheduling team to minimize stress.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• BCBA certification with at least 3 years of experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in case management.

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and safety laws.
