Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate and interpret credit data, borrower profiles, and financial statements for AI training purposes
ā¢ Produce accurate creditworthiness assessments using real-world credit analysis frameworks
ā¢ Document findings in clear, structured written formats to improve AI understanding of credit risk
ā¢ Identify financial risks, trends, inconsistencies, and key red flags within datasets
ā¢ Provide expert feedback on AI-generated credit evaluations and recommend improvements
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training materials and evaluation standards
ā¢ Support the development of reusable credit analysis scenarios, benchmarks, and scoring guidelines
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, or a related finance role
ā¢ Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and credit information
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
ā¢ Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
ā¢ Ability to produce accurate, well-structured documentation in a remote environment
ā¢ Comfortable using technology and adapting quickly to new digital tools
ā¢ Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently in a virtual setting
