Remote B2B Telemarketing & Sales Position
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Client Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
ā¢ Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to ensure alignment with our services. Qualify leads based on their social media marketing needs and business objectives.
ā¢ Pitching Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our social media management services to potential clients. Tailor pitches to address specific client needs and challenges.
ā¢ Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining our services, contract terms, and answering any queries they may have. Collaborate with the operations team for a seamless transition.
ā¢ Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as a point of contact during the initial phases of onboarding to ensure a positive client experience.
ā¢ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies and share valuable insights gained from client interactions.
ā¢ Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on client acquisition.
ā¢ Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing concepts and trends. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
ā¢ Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
ā¢ Salesmanship: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
ā¢ Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and remotely while staying focused on goals and targets.
ā¢ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software. Comfortable with remote communication and collaboration tools.
