We are hiring a B2B Sales Closer to sell outbound lead generation and sales consulting services to founder-led businesses (agencies, consultants, and professional services). Deals are: • Intangible services (monthly retainers) • Sold to founders / owners • Consultative, not transactional • Closed in a fast 3–5 day cycle All meetings are pre-booked. What You’ll Be Selling You’ll be selling outbound sales and lead-generation services to small, founder-led B2B companies (typically under 15 employees). These are owners who: • Already have strong referrals • Have never done outbound before • Need help closing their first outbound deals This is a consultative sale focused on diagnosing fit, not pushing a script.Our service pairs high-quality SDR work with coaching so clients can close outbound deals for the first time. This role is not a fit if your primary background is: • Retail sales • In-store or floor sales • Physical product sales • Solar, roofing, alarms, or door-to-door • B2C phone sales We are specifically looking for closers who have sold B2B services or digital marketing to business owners. Compensation • Base pay: $1,500/month • Commission: $1,500–$4,500/month on average • Sign-on bonus: $500 when you close 6 deals in your first 60 days • Top performers: $5,000–$7,000/month • Call load: 6–8 qualified 30-minute sales calls per day Comprehensive training provided.
